We welcome you all to send in your abstracts for the Symposium. Please send your abstract using the abstract submission form according to the guidelines given below. Deadline: December 14, 2012
Please do not make multiple submissions of the same abstract. To amend or change abstract, please contact the Conference Secretariat by E-mail:

Preparation and layout of abstract

Abstracts must be submitted in English, and should contain no more than 350 words, including title, authors and institution.

Please attach the abstract in MSWord format, file extension .doc

Times New Roman, size 12.

2.5 cm (1") on top, right and left sides of an A4 page.

Special characters:
To avoid character corruption, any special characters should be entered using either Times New Roman or Symbol font. Symbols may be written in full (e.g.: alpha, beta, etc).

Use only standard abbreviations. Unusual abbreviations must be defined before being used and should appear in parenthesis after the full word the first time used in the text.

Sections of abstract: (leave a double-space between sections)
Section 1: Title of abstract in CAPITAL LETTERS, bold.
Section 2: Author(s) full name (first name and then last name). Presenting author - bold
Section 3: Affiliation of author(s) - department, institution, city, state (if relevant) and country.
Section 4: Abstract text: single spacing, in block form (adjusted on both sides).

Technical Information

Technical equipment: Data projection is the standard equipment that is available in all session halls. Please note that no audio-visual equipment is available for poster presentations. Slide projection will not be available.

Poster size: 100 cm (3'3") wide and 150 cm (4'5") long.
